UHY Hacker Young Chartered Accountants in Nottingham was established in 1982 to service the national and international accounting needs of many long standing clients in the Nottingham area. Later, in 2007, we merged with Jackson Bly accountants in Chilwell, creating an accountancy firm in Nottingham with six partners and just under 50 staff.
A wide range of accountancy services
Today our growing client base consists of sole traders, family businesses, medium and large companies and partnerships throughout Nottingham and the East Midlands.
We offer a wide range of specialist accountancy services, including personal and corporate finance, taxation, venture capital and computer services. Most of these accountancy services are provided by the local offices; others are provided in partnership with other firms within the UHY Hacker Young Group.
Local accountants building relationships throughout the East Midlands
Our partners develop close working relationships with their clients. They also maintain good contacts with members of the East Midlands business community, including solicitors, banks and other lending institutions. These contacts allow us to help clients with submissions to these organisations and to effect beneficial introductions.
Whilst accountancy services remain the core services provided by the office we also recognise the ever changing business world by offering additional value added services such as financial planning advice, dispute resolution advice, bank support advice arbitration services, acting as expert witnesses, selling businesses and assisting in the purchase of businesses and much more.
You'll find more than your ordinary accountant in our Nottingham office.
